Are you actually DOING work?

I think people put too much pressure on themselves to be perfect.. This need for perfection cause procrastination, imo.. If you accept that you'll make mistakes and that it'll only make you smarter, then there's no excuse for not taking action.

working 12-16 hours a day, has grown professionally, but not enough as I think

Not everyone's cut out for business. It's as simple as that.

Some people are just too comfortable and would rather relax and dream about what they *could* do rather than face the stress of doing it.

It's extremely easy to dream, but it's much harder to set on the path and make it a reality unless you're willing to face your fears head on and overcome them. It all really comes down to fear. You can see it all over the forum. Someone posts a method and 90% of the replies will be from a fear-based perspective, ie, "has this worked for anyone else?", "has this worked for you?", "how much can I make with this?", "how much do you make with this?", "I don't think this'll work", "this isn't realistic" and so on. Then these people will go back to dreaming and create threads like "How much do you all make?", "What kind of car do you all drive?", "Is this possible?", "Can you do this?" etc.

I'd be surprised if I could count the number of people on 2 hands that actually try to implement most methods that are shared here.

At the end of the day it comes down to a very simple thing:

Would you rather be comfortable in the life you have forever, or would you rather face your fears for the chance to make your dreams a reality. With each action you take in life all you have to do is ask if this is taking you closer to your dreams or not. If it's not then don't do it.
Fear is incredibly crippling. Self-doubt days are very hard to work through. On those days, I don't push myself to "hit" goals of productivity. I make sure that I rebuild my self-confidence in myself :) the best way I find to do that, is to simply sleep it of. I almost always wake up energised the next day :D

On this note, if people are afraid of things not working... I'd like to suggest they do something they understand. I understood the concept of offline marketing. I knew techniques to raise up people in search engines, so it makes sense that if you do that for a business website for related keywords, it is good for their business :) and so I took it up. Those are really BASIC concepts, the work you do is actually HELPFUL (if you succeed, people love you, because you actually HELP other people, a good feeling :) ) so.. yeah :D start out simple.
