Too much fake listings on those websites. At least, the last two are useless. Better go with LinkedIn or Xing (the German alternative).
For the future freelancers: Don't trade your skills too cheap. Trust me: 99% of the chances, a person who offer peanuts, will be a headache for you.

sure thanks - but better than nothing, this allows me to find freelance projects very quickly, what you say makes sense, but all niches are different. I can even filter by currency and hourly/fixed budget.

have done a few of these thanks :) just providing the links to the relevant freelance projects and that is it.
 
I apricate this offer. What you will need is a the tool itself. I was searching for very niche specific jobs and saw a website. All it was doing was scraping upwork and posting the jobs as a job board.
Theres your have it, an idea for automated job board site. You can collect emails buy putting it behind "membership". This will quickly rank as your site will be very niche specific.
