Well, I am in search of a Designer, who basically knows Photoshop and CSS. (for IE as well 
)
You dont have to create all the site layout from scratch, but just make things like a cool background, Buttons,and a Logo (Yes, I guess!).
Well, what you have to work on is a site like dp.vc (Not mine! ).
That site uses the same script what I am using! So, Let me know how well can you do that, and how much of my pocket do you need!
If you can Amaze me with some pretty Alignment changes or whatever, it would be awsome!
Selection : Ok, Just use Firebug, and simply screenshot me a rough sketch of what will the end product looks like and the best will be selected Cool! I dont want you to work for 30 mins to make a demo shot, Just spend a few min, say max 10 mins!
My Budget is $xx!!
