Hey guys I am building a new PBN myself and I was thinking about using these high DA blog sites..
But my question is if these sites are still do follow or not? Otherwise I will be wasting my time...
Site such as
Wordpress
Weebly
Blogger
Tumblr

yes, they are do-follow if you set the link right.
means: don't just write http://blackhatworld.com
set a link i.e. blackhatworld to do it right

Those are all free blogging platforms so you can definitely get do-follow links from them.

Absolutely, you'll find that most PBNs use Wordpress exclusively. Whether or not this is a wise practice is up for much debate.

All free blogs are ******** as we have control whether to make ******** or nofollow. If you want permanent backlinks then use these web 2.0 blogs.

Mine (wordpress, blogspot, tumblr) are still dof****w; they are dof****w by defeault, but you can insert the rel="nofollow" attribute in the <a> tag if you want.
