I'm thinking of integrating an LLM like ChatGPT into a Whatsapp bot as a micro-SAAS to sell to local businesses. My initial idea was selling it to restaurant owners, but the more specific the niche, the better I can make the tool for them. I was wondering if anyone had any luck with Whatsapp chatbots and can share some advice for selling to local businesses. I know of someone who made quite a bit of money selling a Messenger bot to local escape rooms since his bot had escape room murder mystery based chat-games that customers could play for a discount. Something super creative like this is what I'm looking to make, enhanced with AI and providing clear value to local businesses.

Customer support bots have been quite common. They are profitable if you deal with it in the b2b space, selling directly to businesses by explaining them what your software can help them with.

There are numerous SaaS offerings that do this. Sone by very big companies. You don't want tkbe competing with them directly.
