Everyone talks backlinks, but controlled internal link sculpting sometimes moves rankings quietly.
How aggressively are you restructuring internals on ranking pages?

I move links from pages:
1. That are ranking.
2. With backlinks
3. That are related to the receiving page.

These 3 have always helped.

Took me a couple of seconds to digest what you said. You mean you don't internally inbound link to the pages that fit the criteria in your post?

Oh, sorry, I guess I missed some words. I move links from pages that meet those requirements to newer pages or pages that aren't ranking and need some help.
 
Internal linking is absolutely massive and severely underrated by most people I have seen huge ranking jumps just by moving a page higher up in the site menu or adding 5-10 contextually relevant links from my top articles, you don't need to overthink it just treat your internal links like you are voting for your most important pages, if you link to a page often you are telling google it is the star of the show.
 
Internal linking definitely moves rankings quietly. I usually add a few contextual links from relevant pages, adjust anchor text, and strengthen links to the main ranking page, but avoid overdoing it. Small, natural changes often work better than aggressive restructuring.

Pretty aggressively—once a page starts ranking, I tighten internal links to push authority from high-traffic pages and remove diluted links pointing to lower-priority URLs. Focus on keyword-relevant anchors and a shallow click depth (≤3) to reinforce topical clusters without over-optimizing.
