Are We Still Doing "SEO" or Is It Actually "Search Everywhere Optimization" Now?

Serious question.
My Google organic traffic is down 20% since late 2024.
But I'm getting traffic from:

• ChatGPT/Perplexity citations
• Reddit threads in Google results
• YouTube videos outranking blog posts
• LinkedIn posts showing in search

Should we still focus on traditional Google SEO or is this now "Search Everywhere Optimization"?
