Are viralsocials good?

Hello, I would like to purchase some high retention views, and Im wondering about viralsocials. What do you think about them, are they safe (These views from them)?

The curiosity forced me to check out their site which looks decent. I personally don't have any experience with the company. I would suggest starting with a tiny order first and see how it goes.

I'm going to save them for future reference.
