Are these Proxies worth anything?

I purchased a proxy from: , hoping it could be used for scrapebox. However, it could not. It came with a username and password and I have no idea what to do with it.

It's in this format:

64.120.XX.XX:XXXXX

What can I use this for?

private http proxies
with login and pass can
be used in s/box
