Are these proxies scam? Reccommend me for basic account creation

Is IP mars proxy legit or scam? I tried luna proxy before but too slow. I need fast residential proxies for basic account creation (no too high quality like google ads wants) just basic accounts on normal websites. Can you reccommend me good options? What do you think about IP Mars is legit?

You may check out proxy sellers on BHW and choose depending on your needs, many of them provide users with a free trial so you can see which one is the best for you
 
Some of the cheaper providers are reselling very cheap providers and the IP's are usually used by a lot of users. I can't say that this is what they're doing but it does happen
 
For basic account creation, you only need to choose affordable residential proxies. You may try to contact the support channel to ask for a trial, so you can judge whether it can meet your usage requirements before purchasing. As for the provider you mentioned, we are not familiar with it so we cannot make a comment.
 
Haven't really tried them, I've used Anonymous proxies before and they were pretty good, although not as cheap

But they are dedicated

I've been pushed for proxy before, but I didn't use their proxy, I can give you their contact info if you want it
 
If you just want to create a basic account, you can either look for an proxy provider that offers trial residential traffic, or just choose the lowest priced package. Search me if you need some.
