Are these ok to sell on eBay?

Game cards for Xbox live, Xbox live points, ea, and steam game keys. Basically a scanned picture sent to the buyer. I would be selling these on USA eBay. Also if I cant sell it on USA eBay, can I sell on Germany and others? I think its allowed in those countries but I am from USA

So long as you list in the product description that you are in fact sending them scanned images of the items, instead of the physical item. People sell ebooks on ebay. Same thing, so long as you mention it's a digital item.

What eBay does not like, is an item you can't prove the origin of, .e.g a Snowball from Texas, or a jar of air from Manhattan. (Those items could once be found on eBay before they changed their policy.)

I would be sure to include a guarantee that the keys for the items you are selling will work, or someone will think it's a scam.

To be honest, i have sold so many shit on ebay from chemicals to shared ddl accounts and i have been warned many times from them and from paypal but i still have my account and 100% good ratings, only my policy is in the red area which will recover in 2 weeks
Ebay gives you a lot of space, you just have to know when to stop to not piss them off to much if you see they dont like it....

It is allowed to sell them, just state in the auction that it is sent by email, not a card sent physically.

However, it is very difficult to undercut sellers for this item on eBay .... because it is nearly impossible to get these codes at decent prices .... as long as they are genuine
