Hello!
I have a question.
If I put an internal link from page A to page B,
and put a backlink to page A, will it have a positive effect on page B?

Yes, that is called interlinking. If you build links to Page A, the link juice will pass to the pages linked from Page A and to its subpages. Its an effective way to distribute authority across your site and improve the rankings of multiple pages.

Yes, interlinks are still helpful and provide more value to your website if they are done properly. Just make sure adding interlink makes sense and they are linking to relevant pages. Don't overdo it and don't add unnecessary interlinks between the pages without any relevancy/connection.

any juice is helpful - some is better quicker than others .
