I would say that you'll need to invest in some links,
Content no matter what's its source is half of the work,
and looking at your website average position, it looks like it needs some good kick to start getting some good numbers,
ofc, that depends on the content used, niche & keywords targetted which I have no idea about

Thank you for your suggestion, honestly I have not invested in link building because these are scraped and spunned content I thought they did not rank, I thought google obscured them. in any case the site made 300 backlinks organically

This looks bad. The graph seems like your traffic is jumping off a cliff. You should find why you're losing traffic over time and try to recover it. It's better if you invest in some backlinks to improve your overall authority.

surely not the type of links that would make any change,
I'm talking about quality links, the ones you point normally to your money site,
just like to rank a website with handwritten unique content, such websites need links to rank as well,
just make sure you're targeting the right niche & keywords before going for links,
invest as much as you you would go for a normal website and you'll see results, this is where most of people miss with such type of blogs/websites
