Are these good keywords to use?

I am trying to get my self good at finding keywords and thus am asking fellow BHW members to see if I am picking out the right keywords. This is what I did.

1. Went to click bank, and just click a random category
2. Pick Cooking, Food, & Wine
3. I know that for clickbank, finding products with HIGH GRAV is the key. For this category, the first item has GRAV of 109.52 (Paleo Recipe Book)
4. I went to google keyword tools and by using bcam77's guide on finding buying keywords, I looked for some.
5. These are the keywords I thought would do good and here's an attachement, for some reason couldn't upload screenshot

FYI - The keywords are exposed here, if they are good, feel free to use them. I am just trying to get better at researching, and thus do not really care if anyone uses them or not. If they are good keywords that is.

Ewh, yeah, I dont feel like uploading it again. I don't mind if someone decides to use them. I am just researching and seeing if I pick the right ones or not.
