Hey guys, coming at you with another noob seo question.

I found a list of high authority, "free" backlinks.

Are these generally worth your time? Do they even help in ranking money sites?

Examples:

2. MDN web docs Mozilla

Oh wow, I haven't seen Storify in nearly 2 years, so that list is at least that old. Unless you can make them relevant (like an eHow article for your hobby/market/niche/etc) I wouldn't waste my time.
