None have links from any authority or big site. Should I use them direct to money site or through shorturl or use as tier 2 ?

PA/DA is completely useless indicator. At least post their RD if nothing else.

The 3rd one only has 1 link, so just avoid that, but the others seem to have pretty good links, and are worth using.
