I bought a large amount of .xyz domains when they were cheap and available, and the .com counterparts seem pretty valuable.

  • steamkeys.xyz
  • mortgagerelief.xyz
  • phoneupgrade. xyz

Are these worth hanging on to?

They are not worth as long as you sell them as domain name.
They have huge worth if you make website...bringing in traffic and make this site big
Then its worth millions else 1$ as told by others.
 
The problem with people just parking domains and hoping to sell them later for profit is simple. They don't have any traffic, rankings, conversions, etc to make the value go up. Its like me buying a shack vs me buying land to create a mansion on, which one will sell for more and faster? Same goes for your sites ... It's common sense really.
 
Waste of money, better buy some beer.
 
You can use GoDaddy to sell these domains at fair prices.These are the popular domains of future. .XYZ domains are becoming more popular and expensive.Try to keep them for your own use.
