I bought several existing domains with decent metrix and link profiles on Moz and majestic to build my very first PBN. I am not expert and I am experimenting.
I installed wordpress on all of them and created few" under construction" pages. Some where found in google using the: site:ww.domain.etc and therefore I put some real content on, and links to my money site.

Two are still invisible to google, even when i search for the domain name. What do I do?
- wait longer?
- put some real content and see if makes a difference?
- do not bother to put any content and consider them a bad purchase?
- never buy a domain if not indexed already, no matter the metrix and link profile?

I installed wp and few "under construction" pages almost two weeks ago.

Any advice? Is anything worth trying before giving up?

Try to find them on other searchengines.
Also contact google, tell them that you have bought the domains,
but you are wondering why they are not indexed, maybe they can help you.

The domains are found on Bing and Yahoo when search for: site:w.domainname.etc but not in google after more than four weeks.
If I set up webmaster tool for the wp installation on theese domain, and submit them to get indexing, if some penalization was applied, are they gonna be flagged and not fit for seo purposes, pbn mostly?

After you installed wordpress, you install a plugin called Google XML Sitemaps for videos. Then create a new post and embedd a video from youtube and publish. Go back to the plugin and create a sitemap and ping the url.

Usaully when doing the above steps will index your domain in minutes.

Thanks for your advice. I will give a try.
But is there any reason why some old/expired domains are still indexed in google and others not?
Apart from existing penalization...

If the website haven't been alive for some time it will be de-indexed. And ofcourse if it's been penalised in the past, which makes the domain useless.

Thanks again.
I assumed that, if the domains are not penalized, uploading a couple of "unders construction" pages was enough to have them indexed again. This is clearly not my case. Is there any way to check if a penalization has been applied to the domains in the past? and if this is the case, creating a sitemap and submitting it to google, will it raise all kind of red flags without me being aware?

No, not to my knowledge. Thats why I always do the steps I told you about too see if it gets indexed before I start spending money on content. Many domains with great metrics have been de-indexed in the past because of being a part of a PBN or used as redirects. Thats why it's so important to check backlink profile as well as wayback machine. If you find anything suspicious, don't bother with that domain.

It wont raise any flags just because you trying to index a penalized domain. Just move on to next domain if it dosen't index and take the loss.

your domains was under SEO (it's 99%) early
2 week it's very many time for indexing for domains which have backlinks (i mean your domains already have them)
so now only on way - send request to Google about check your domains etc, but this is very long way and your sites must be shown as for people, so you must decide what do and have sense recovery them

Thanks again. I will try to add some minimal content, the way to suggested, and see what happens. Chasing goole to reindex the domains it is probably not worthy the effort. I will take the loss ( not huge, they were expired or almost expired, bought at a cheap price).
Can you elaborate on what you mean when you say:
"ping the URL"? is it something you do through the wp plugin or cmd : ping ?

Yes thats right. In the plugin. After you clicked "Generate video Sitemap", a new window will appear and a link saying "Ping Google". Thats it.
