If you used them as tier 2, then they are perfectly fine. Don't expect much link juice though.
 
Exactly. By the time the juice has been shared with the 100 or so links that will be on that page, and it's not exactly a powerful page to start with.
 
They're a bulk offering, showing diversity.

Have you run them through any tool to check on them ?

They're to your web 2.0s so I wouldn't worry about them. But these comment sections look spammed to death, so I don't know how much that's really gonna help you.
 
Well, what you pay is what you get. That sums it all up.
 
Why would you purchase a gig for 50 of these? This is tier 3 quality at best and you could literally get thousands of these links for $5, and not just 50.

Sites like these are being spammed to death constantly and Google knows it. There really isn't that much "link juice" to begin with.
 
Yeah they're crap but I doubt they'll have any impact on your web2.0s, let alone your site.
