Are these allowed to sell

Hi i was wondering is it allowed to sell those "whole sale dropship" company lists in ebay. And if its fine can i post title that it would look lie it would be the real products a bit ie. little misleading tittle ( im not yrying to scam anyone here) but it would get quite fine traffic if you ask me

I sold one awhile back..Clearly stated it was for a list in large bold font..the guy got the cd and was highly pissed.PayPal dropped the claim(decided in my favor)..I stopped selling them, I didnt feel right taking advantage of complete idots like that guy.
