I am new to SEO and I know Marketplace exists, but it is hard to trust the sellers. Does a white SEO package exist?

What do you mean by white SEO packages? You can review the marketplace sellers and check some services. After that you can filer it out by contacting them and discuss with them. No one will tell you whom you can trust. If someone recommend some services then are you gonna believe it blindly? No, right?

If the service includes anything more than UX/UI, content, research, and speed optimization it is somewhat blackhat.
Shop for services like you would anything else on the internet being smart about it.

Once you purchasing links, it's considered black hat. So what really is white seo packages. You can still get messed over playing by google rules so might as well get those blackhat packages.
