Are there still any CPL sites out there

I Have been on IM for just a while now and I haven't been banking any cash yet, I have a method that a friend gave me that could get me $500 in a month and I wantto start there but it involves CPL and email submit but I can't seem to find a program with good email submit offers. My friend uses clicksure but I've signed up and I am still waiting for verification, Please is there a site with good CPL offers. Help a noon out.
