You should work on new account and grow that account side by side check this account too (don't waste too much tym on this account if it keep showing issues)

Yes, Facebook is banning ad accounts more frequently due to stricter AI driven policy enforcement. Even minor edits or associations with flagged content can trigger account restrictions.
