Are there many bans on Facebook these days?

Yeah, facebook AI has gotten crazy smart. In your case the problem is likely deeper in your setup. Funny enough, constantly editing ads can backfire and trigger even more reviews which just makes things worse. These days, FB is watching everything - IP mismatches, reused browser fingerprints, sketchy payment methods, you name it. So here you need to use separate antidetect browsers, residential or mobile proxies and do a proper warm up before you start running.
And instead of editing ads over and over you can just duplicate them though, make tiny tweaks, so you avoid another round of reviews

Please check again to see if the product, content,... violates any of Facebook's policies?
If there is a violation, check if the concealment is good enough?
If there is no violation, then the possibility that you edit the advertising campaign too many times will also lead to the advertising account being banned. Instead, you should create a new campaign so that the account runs more smoothly.
