Are there captcha solving tools that can solve recaptcha v2?

i think deathbycaptcha works fine.. but i never used it so not gonna vouch for it.

I don't think there's a software program that can automatically solve recaptcha v2.
The only solution are those that are solved by human, and you'll pay the captcha solving credit in the process.
There was previously one that solves using audio, but has since closed down their service.

Recently received an email from a company - solverecaptcha.com - no idea how they got my email, but they advertised 5 threads of solving & unlimited solves for $19.50/mo (they have higher plans as well). You could check them out, seems like a good price.
I have no affiliation with them and have not tried them out, so I can't vouch for them, but figured it might be a good starting point for you. No idea how well they integrate with whatever tools you use, so that's something else you'd have to find out, maybe contact their support.

I haven't found any publically available solutions for reCaptcha that work as of the time of this posting.
There used to be a reliable open source solution to solve the audio reCaptcha called unCaptcha:

However, Google seems to have caught on to the fact that the audio captcha is relatively easy to solve through the many publically-available voice-to-text programs and APIs. Unless Google trusts you a lot (based on their analysis of your IP address and other factors), they will generally outright reject requests for audio captchas. Meaning that it's very difficult to solve audio captchas in actual practice, even though the solutions still work on paper.
With that in mind, there are definitely people who have solved the image captcha, although none of those people seem to have publically released source code for those solutions.
I am currently working on a solution using Tensorflow, which I probably won't release publically once finished. If you're interested in creating your own solution, this resource is a good place to start:
