Are there browsers that social networks cant track?

How can I create multiple twitter accounts manually without twitter knowing its me? I know I need proxies but what else? Deleting cookies? Or is there a special browser that social networks can't track?

Proxies, delete all cookies and cache or create a new clean profile on chrome, download extensions for changing user agent, for preventining WebRTC leak and one for blocking trackings from the website (ghostery is a good one).

After you have all of that open incognito mode, create an acc, close incognito, switch proxy and repeat.

Browsers are not designed for creating social media accounts, but you can use certain add on to solve your problems. Brave browser is a good one.
