Are there any ways to share SEMRush API units?

I see a lot of marketplaces for SEMRush which are UI only and if I would have to guess are just ppl re-selling access to their free 7 day trial. Are there any more professional ways to share costs of an account particularly around API access?

I always buy it from group buy but they never allow API and the reason is quite obvious. It will get abused and account will be banned
