Are there any rules about arbitrage between PPC and an Adsense site

For instance, is there anything to prevent me from sending 7Search traffic to an Adsense site in hopes of getting people to click on the much higher paying Adsense ads on the site?

I know you are not allowed to do it with ZeroPark. I am fairly sure DNTX does not allow it either.

I'm sure someone has tried it, is the idea a dud?
