Looking for a program for sale to go to website's contact pages and fill out the forms - maybe with a DeathByCaptcha API. Does this even exist?

There are quite a few options available.

Have you looked into iMacros? It's a browser based automation plugin. Quite a lot of people uses it.
Then there is also winautomation, which is software based as well.

Try Ubot. Search in this forum to find reviews about it.

It depends on what you want done. Paigham Bot will let you pick keywords, go find sites, and then fill out their contact info. I used it in Beta, and it worked well -- thats why i have an affiliate link for them.

Imacros I believe will do this as well. And you could code this in Ubots also!

    imacros is the best.
Also winautomation and jitbit macro recorder is also useful.
Jitbit macro recorder is mainly used for recording keystrokes.

I used to use Roboform for tasks like that while filling out GPT offers. It worked very well. I'd recommend it.

I also use roboform. Used it for the longest time just to manage all my social network accounts.
