Are there any programs or bots that allow Auto Posting for IG?

Hi. I'm a newbie here, but not quite in the IG world. I have a couple of IG accounts I want to grow, but my biggest issue is consistent time for uploading and captioning with my current schedule.

Are there any apps or bots BESIDES Mass Planner that will actually auto upload a scheduled post to Instagram? Mass Planner seems good, but it's out of my budget at the moment. Any help will be appreciated.
