Are there any methods that help?

I have 2 burner phones and 0 dollars to spend on services, can I do anything to increase video engagement no matter how insignificant it is?
I don't know if manually looping the video from different accounts&IPs does anything, but I'm ready to do anything monotonous since I only need it for one video.

I created a brand new channel and I just wanna see if the video I created can get a couple hundred views, I've optimized almost every other aspect of the channel and video.

Like HustleTong said, shorts are doing really well again.

Also, the looping of phones did work a few months ago when I did it. I ranked 2 for a medium competition keyword that way.

I have a few videos ready to go so I'm going to be testing this again.
