Are there any legit URL shorteners left?

I used to earn some money 6 years ago from sites like shorte.st and adfly, now Im trying to go back to this whole thing, but all I see are the exact same CMS websites, with fake trustpilot reviews. I wonder if there are any legit url shorteners left that pay money? Can somebody share their experience?

I've been using ShrinkEarn and Ouo.io for the past year and they've been great. ShrinkEarn has the fastest payouts and Ouo.io has the highest earnings potential. I'd recommend starting with those two.
 
Do you know of a prebuilt one? There use to be yurls on code canyon. Not sure if still there.
 
Why would you waste your time trying to make money off link clicks? The payouts are so low. Do you think it's worth it? Most of the top Ad URL Shorteners even left the space such as adfly and shortest, I used both back in the day.

I have cheap residential proxies and a way to mock real user browser. Im kinda outdated on new money making things, im sure there are better ways to use this combination of mine.

You should consider this, use some typical WP installation with random content to get the website approved 1st,
Then install the plugin/script to turn it into your link shortner, you'll be sharing the ad revenue only with google at least,

There are plenty of scripts, you can find here: https://codecanyon.net/search/url shortener,
And you can get them for a fraction of the price by using Deleted member 752298 service

I use LootLabs. It's specially designed for user user gaming generated content. Things like, mods, texture packs, skins, maps for games like Minecraft for example.
 
It is recommended to use Bitly or TinyURL, both of which are reliable link shortening services.

Linkvertise is legit but think you would be wasting your time with short links for making money better off having proxies stream music instead lol
