Seriously, is there anyone that claims to sell HR views and actually DELIVERS HR views?

I see everyone advertising high retention but the videos get 30-60 second watch time.
Will the good old services ever come back? :/

I m also facing the same issue... No hr views!!... Tried a few from market place

So basically the entire marketplace is a sham? I see some of them actually advertising "real" humanlike views so I am worried.

Also what does high retention views mean? I see some panels claiming 2min as high retention which is not unless you post a 3 min vid.

Part of the problem is that people, the actual kind, just don't really have the time for video. A day is only 1440 minutes long and they also sleep. Everything else just sorta follows their habits.
