Are there any bots that can scrape ALL the followers of an account on IG to a txt file that you can then later import to FL/MP and follow from?

as far i know fL don't scrape all the followers ..... there is a about but i forgot.

MassPlanner 2 will do this. In the Contact Tab there is an "Extract Followers" tool

Does it scrape ALL the followers to a txt file or only the ones it is scraping at the moment?

you can input a username and get a CSV of the followers
