Are there any Comment-Like Bots?

I know that SMM panels offer comment likes as services (for Instagram), but is there any bot that can do the same?

Generally, any bot with a commenting function can do that. One such bot is Jarvee.

However, you have to control the accounts that will do the commenting.

Because, there isn't a bot that can do mass-commenting from multiple accounts (that you do not have control, such as a SMM), unless the bot (implicitly you as a bot owner) controls the accounts.
