Are there any comment bots (to increase reach)?

When someone replies, Twitter increases the reach, so I wonder if there are any safe comment bots/services/tools that will reply to my tweets?

I wouldn't really recommend using public software for this, as it may put your account in a dangerous one. A private bot could be created in Python for example.
There's also SMM panels and microworker groups.
Those can boost engagement as well
