Are there any available large content databases with content that can be used for spinning/rewriting?

I was wondering if any large databases of content for sale were available for sale or download, with content that could be used for spinning/rewriting with a rewriter scripting library.

Is there anything like that out there? Or if you want large amounts of content, do you have to scrape it yourself?

If anyone's confused about what I mean, Ahrefs content explorer means they probably have some large library of spidered content. I'd be intrigued to have access to a library like that.

Just use GSA Content Generator, select your sources and enable the spinner option. They have an included spinner

I suppose archive.org wayback machine could be seen as such a database
