Are there any Application based investment platforms?

About 2 weeks ago i launched my application to Google Play. The results are not bad at all but now I've run out of advertising budget and i am pretty much broke. It took me more time to finish than planned which took a big heap out of my budget.

My application is hitting it's positive ROI point but i had to stop my advertising. Now i am looking for someone to invest in advertising for a nice share of profits but i have no idea where to look. It's currently like a snowball, started out small and it's growing each day while advertising. In the end turning into a profit and this is the exact point where i had to cut it off.

I found some platforms with Angel investors and stuff but i think that is all way too much for what i am asking. It's a application that is live and running. I don't need investments for development etc. There is pitch or whatever since it was never planned to look for investors. I am really just looking for someone that has money to invest and want to do some business.

So that's where my question comes in. Is there any kind of platform where you can list your application "open for investment" or something? Or a Angel investment platform based on smaller amounts / application specific?
