I mean that are relatively reliable; aren’t an outright scam? Any ideas :(

Of course there are,

1. Bybit: best crypto exchange on the market, far better than shitty binance
2. Kucoin: has more coins and tokens than bybit

There are a lot of exchanges that don't require KYC, but they only allow you to trade small amounts of crypto.

Sorry I forgot to add one important point - I meant best CASHOUT ie crypto to fiat exchanges.

The shitty ones do not usually require KYC, they usually comes with a bunch of issues like low liquidity and troubling of withdrawal.

You can use websites like paxful for this, they do not need kyc for certain limit.

Kucoin also requires KYC and also Bybit also asks for verification when you try to transfer or withdraw.

If you just want to buy try oancakeswap with metamask wallet, no kyc no max limit

If you want to trade, may be kucoin.

Yes DEX exist for a reason. still you will need CEX most of the time to exchange it to fiat money.

Paxful allows some transactions without kyc. After, some value transaction, it will ask for kyc.
