    are the same ip but with different ports/subnets anonymous?

    for EX.

    xx.199.164.46:10406
    xx.199.164.46:10742
    xx.199.164.46:10074

    would these be anonymous? ..does it matter that they all start the same?

    when i see 200 of them usualy CN proxies there junk rubbish .
    it makes me laugh when on some sites you will see 1 proxie like this
    199.164.46:10074 -- post 100 times with different ports but its
    still 1 proxies and when 1 dies there all dead because it was still 1 proxie

    AS proxygo explain it will be considered as a 1 IP. Just try to use dedicated or semidedicated proxy..

    ok so would a website consider it as 1 proxy to? when using it to increase views/plays/downloads
