Are the nTLDs worth it?

I've been searching through to find some domain names to buy. All of these new gTLDs are very overwhelming. Do you guys think any of these will be worth anything in the future?

A domain is only worth what you make it. But I like the new TLDs, I bought some crazily good one word TLDs that I am confident people will buy somewhere down the line.

In fact my company uses the .agency tld, and its been a great little USP that made my company memorable.

i have some great nTLDs and sold some for 1000$

am sure by time they will worth alot
