I've heard a lot of people stating that the first 100.000 $/€ are the hardest, what do you guys think about this?

If you have them by savings, it just requires time.

The hardest part is to find the side hustle to make money every month/year.

So it doesn't matter if you have 20-50 or 100K in your bank, if you don't have something stable, the money will be gone sooner or later.

I share the same opinion. More money you have, more easy to make money that's definitely true.

I think it depends on the person

The hardest is whatever amount you reach to with earnings or savings/investments that allows you to really feel good and motivated to keep at it. It could be when you reach your first $10 a quarter from dividends that makes you go "omg this is awesome"

I don't think so.

Find high paying skill -> Specialize on it -> Work for 3 years OE

100k doing something that you hate is easy but doing something that you love is a way different story.

Making the first million is the hardest therefore start with the second million. But in seriousness, it all depends, like how are you making the money - if your goal is 100k in savings then getting to that point with a regular job might take a while. However, being fiscally responsible has a huge impact in the long run regardless how you make money.

It depends upon the mindset of a person. The thought will be differ by person to person.

The first 100.000 $/€ is very hard to make because its the START. Every single start is very hard. Some people make it very quickly but others need more time to do it.
In my opinion the problem is after you have the money. The hardest part is to invest it right so you will have a passive income if you dont want to work for a whole life of course. Many people have a problem with that - invest in property, buy btc, buy gold, keep it in the bank.... Very hard decision at least for me.

I think it depends on :

1. What you are doing to make money?
2. Starting with or without capital?
3. Where you are coming from?
4. Your target audiences

I had a dream the first time and a lot more money. :)

Yes. I absolutely agree with that since you need to know 2 things :
1. Making money
2. Keeping money
People often concentrate on the first point but forget the second. This will often lead to being broke again.

Absolutely. For your first 100k you need to leverage a lot of your time to get there, this is why it's slower. Beyond 100k you can start leveraging the cash as well to generate more cash while you're sleeping through all sorts of investments.

Plus a 10% increase when you have 50k makes you 5k. The same 10% when you have 200k made you 20k. The 10% return stayed the same but you just made 15k more doing nothing in the same market conditions.
