Are the askreddit videos monetizable?

Does YT accept those channels? I'm using TTS as well. The typical askreddit video you see nowadays with some twists.

I see MANY people doing it and I don't think they do it for nothing at the end?

I tried to do it (gave up due to low motivation). It works. I personally know people that after 1-2 months of grinding began pulling 2-3k a month without doing any sketchy network stuff. But it's a horrible grind. You must edit 20-30 videos before you start catching any grip. After that, the growth is exponential. It might take you 1 month to make the first 100 subscribers, but the next 100 will come in a week or less and the next in 2-3 days and so on.
The issue is that you gotta pump those first videos on regular intervals (it took me 3-4 hours per 10-15 minutes video from the moment I found a thread to the moment the video is up online) and have faith that when the day of monetization comes the AI reviewing your channel will turn a blind eye and you'll slip through the cracks.

The thing is, I see some videos monetized and some aren't on Youtube. That's why I got suspicious. And most of the channels are almost identical. So why some aren't monetized? Is it just luck?
