Are Social Exchange Sites Worth It?

Can anyone answer this question?

there are many social media exchange sites (addmefast, youlikehits, etc.)

are any of them really worth pursuing if i am looking to get real likes to my facebook fan pages? or will they just yield
fake accounts / spam accounts which will not benefit me at all?

any suggestions on which the best exchange sites are?

I'm botting on Addmefast right now with a free bot found on BHW. in 1 day, i've got 380 likes on a FB page :)
 
They're all fake, you wont get real likes from exchange sites.

I'm not entirely sure why people want fake likes but that's the only thing you'll get from those sites.
 
They all kind of fake and people tend to unsubscribe at the end of the cycle. So best way to use them is only to get youtube views

fake likes(if they stay) and views on YT are definately worth it imo.

So I've heard people claim repeatedly over the last twelve months. After working on thousands of Youtube videos, I'm not convinced that likes do anything. Views yes, likes no.
 
It only works for certain quick, one-off uses as the people are not really vested in it.
 
I own a social exchange.

But unlike others, I screen my users since I'm in beta. It's effective for now, but I don't know how long I can do this.

Also... ALWAYS use geo-targetting when setting up your campaigns. I find more quality from USA, Canada, UK, Australia, etc.

In my opinion, the best value to get out of these is the youtube views, twitter retweets, re-pins (if pinterest is an option), traffic exchange views and fb post likes. FB page likes and Twitter followers all tend to be bots or fake unused accounts.
 
People are real but they're never interested in your content.
Social shares are good for numbers, but bad for conversions.
