Are SMM panels not working for TikTok Comments?

I don't use an SMM panel, but I use Sproutgigs, which allows me to post microjobs and request personalized interactions. I can even specify what kind of comments users should leave. Take a look, it’s worth it.
 
They do work, but not in big panels, usually only small, local panels.

For example, you can ask each user to leave a unique comment that you’ve predefined using variables, or you can ask them to write a comment related to your video. There are several options you can choose from.
