I am planning to buy from the seller you mentioned.
But want to know more about sape links in 2020 as I don't see much reviews in 2020 on his thread.

Personally I never used his service.
But I use sape as I mentioned.
You can talk with the buyer that bought service from him.

I use Sape links for Tier2 for my adult PBN's.
and quite honestly, they pack quite a punch.
I would never use them as a tier 1. but tier 2, is proving to be effective so far.
However, do your own due diligence. I wouldn't recommend using them for a client, or for a project you want to keep long term.

Don't send his links directly to your money site. I tried it as an experiment, a couple years ago. Literally less than 48 hours later, Google came at me like...

I have one question how possible is it that I use sape link for an experiment and that now Google does not penalize your website right? Their way of penalization is to throw your site out of the first 50 or 100 results or am I wrong?

In my experience what I saw
Heavily used in the local business site (garage door, locksmith ... etc) US/Non-US Both
Amazon Affiliate Site (Multi niche + single niche both) US
Gambling + Porn (Tube) Non-US mostly
They used SAPE directly to their MS, mostly inner page
This observation is at least 04 months old. Don't know what happened after latest update.
Yeah G penalize means you are out of SERP maybe not deindex always.
But in my opinion it's not worth taking the risk & use it as T2

Don't use SAPE links for your money sites. If you have any churn and burn sites you can try with that. We never knew what kind of feedback can you receive from google ranking. Particularly after the may update peoples are talking about blackhat methods working better than before.

Yeah planning to use it as an experiment (churn & burn) but is it that Google does not deindex sites these days or it does?
Instead of Sape get some niche edits cause they are trending now days.
It's nothing to do with trending, it's about what works and works safely.
Niche edits are safe to use directly to your money site, SAPE I'd never use to anything other than buffer sites, such as Tier 1s.

Sape links should still work as tier2. However, as mentioned here, I doubt that it will work on all sites.
