Are Rapid Indexer Tools Dead? Suspicious .lol backlinks??

It seems posting backlinks on socials like Reddit and web 2.0, GSC, are enough to get pages indexed reasonably quick.

Although my SEO experience is a bit dated now so I wasn't sure if rapid indexing services are at all valuable anymore, or even worth using for tiered backlinks.
You guys know better than I do

I've been using rapidurlindexer.com since launching a new shopify website. Then I noticed some suspicious .lol backlinks to my site in GSC.
For example: uphosphophyllite.lol plesiosaurt.lol bumblebeee.lol hemelhempsteadf.lol horseflyb.lol ichthyosaurr.lol
wtf?

Any idea if those are from using rapidURLindexer, if its a negative SEO attempt, or something else?

Please recommend any worthwhile indexers if they still hold weight.

Using these cheap indexers for your Shopify project in itself is a significant mistake (unless you're using it as a churn-and-burn tactic).
The best and foolproof method to this date that hasn't been patched is by abusing Google News approved domains to bulk place your links.
It'll take atmost an hour or two for 80-90% of your links to get indexed.

Works best with Russian or Central Asian news sites.

Thanks Viking. Sorry, i'm a bit dated here- can you break it down for me? How should I do that specifically?

Indexing tools don’t work like they used to. These days, posting on socials, web 2.0s, and using GSC is usually enough. Those .lol links are just junk spam, not worth worrying about.
