Thinking of testing push traffic again. Is it still worth it?
From what I see, push ads still bring cheap clicks and good volume, but the quality is inconsistent.
They seem to work better for:
  • Simple funnels like sweepstakes, dating, installs
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 GEOs
  • Using a pre-lander instead of direct linking
For higher ticket offers or strong buyer intent, conversions seem low.
Also feels like results depend a lot on:
  • Placement quality or whitelisting
  • Creatives that filter users instead of pure clickbait
  • Frequency and audience freshness
Anyone here still making profit with push ads right now? Or is it mostly just a volume game?

Yes, push ads still work, but not like before. They’re best for low intent offers (sweepstakes, installs) and Tier 2/3 GEOs. Profit now depends more on targeting, creatives, and pre landers not just volume. Without proper optimization, it’s easy to lose money.

Yeah still worth testing, but need good pre-lander and target GEOs, volume matters.

Yeah push still work in 2026 but now need clean traffic + good funnel otherwise mostly junk clicks.

Yeah, push ads can still work, especially for simpler offers and in Tier 2/3 GEOs. Quality can vary, but with good targeting, fresh creatives, and proper placement, you can make them profitable. It's more volume-based but can work with the right strategy.

yeah it's still worth it but mostly a volume game now. it's best for "mainstream" stuff like sweepstakes, utilities (antivirus/cleaners), and dating because you need broad appeal to offset the mixed traffic quality.

tier 2 and 3 geos are definitely the sweet spot right now because tier 1 is super saturated and expensive. definitely use a pre-lander to warm people up and filter out bot clicks before they hit the offer. just make sure you target "fresh" subscribers (1-3 days) otherwise you're just wasting money on people who are blind to push notifications.

push ads still work in 2026, but you need better targeting and creatives to get good results.

Yeah I still see people making money with push, but it’s not as easy win as before.
It works fine for simple funnels and Tier 2/3 GEOs, but quality is hit or miss so you need strong prelanders and constant blacklist cleanup. For serious offers, it feels more like a testing + volume game than stable ROI source.

Yeah, push ads definitely still work—especially for basic offers and in Tier 2/3 GEOs. The quality isn’t always consistent, but if you dial in your targeting, keep creatives fresh, and choose good placements, you can make solid profits. It’s more of a volume game, though.

I still use push for cheap traffic, but only for simple funnels and Tier 2/3 GEOs, and I always run it with a pre-lander to filter intent.

Push ads are still worth testing in 2026 for cheap traffic, but only if you use strong filters like pre-landers and GEO targeting.

Still works for sweeps and app installs but bots are everywhere,
you gotta use a good tracker and whitelist fast to see profit.

In my opinion, push traffic is still usable, but not as stable as it used to be.

Cheap clicks are still there, but quality varies a lot, so the funnel matters more now. Pre-landers and better creatives seem to help filter traffic and improve results.

It feels like it works best when you test multiple angles and keep refreshing campaigns, otherwise performance drops quickly.

So it’s not dead, but definitely needs more effort and testing to stay profitable.

I think push ads are still worth testing, but they’ve become much more dependent on optimization than before.

One thing I’ve noticed is that the angle of the creative matters a lot now. Generic clickbait doesn’t hold up well, but more targeted messaging that matches the audience intent tends to perform better.

Also, tracking and filtering traffic is more important now. Without proper tracking, it’s easy to burn budget because of inconsistent quality.

I’d say it still works, but only if you treat it as a testing-heavy channel rather than expecting easy wins from volume alone.

Yeah, push is still alive—but it’s not the “easy money” traffic it used to be.

Most people who are still profitable treat it like this:
  • Works best for low-friction offers (sweeps, utilities, dating, installs)
  • GEO + whitelist matter more than ever
  • Pre-landers are basically mandatory now
  • Creatives need to qualify users, not just bait clicks
For high-ticket or intent-heavy offers, it’s usually a bleed unless you’ve got very tight optimization and clean traffic sources.

So yeah—still profitable, but only if you run it like media buying, not spray-and-pray volume.
