Are ProxyGoblin scraped proxies Safe for account creation?

So i recently bought proxy goblin to scrape proxies for senuke and other programs.

Can I use any of the proxies it scrapes for creating YouTube/Facebook/twitter/tumblr/instagram accounts?

I'm not entirely sure but i'd say yes. I mean theoretically they should work. I mean they are proxies after all but most of them will probably be burnt out. Still you should get plenty of them.

I'd say both yes and no. Yes, if you just want to create use and throw accounts and No, if you care for the longevity of the created accounts.

Nah, quality of proxies is bad. Most don't last beyond half a day.

You are better off with private proxies.
