Are Profile Links Effective in senuke?

I'm using senuke and i created 300 odd profiles around 3/4 weeks ago.
Most of them are index by google but none of the links in the profiles that i created that point to my site using yahoo link domain

are profiles a waste of time?

as for me profiling does a good job on most of my client's sites

how long did it take before you saw some results?
maybe i'm doing something wrong
